It doesn't need to be said that I am not a lawyer. But I am very curious about the law as an academic subject of study.

While the law is often influenced by politics, the law is the end product of the political process. I have no interest in the colorful language of politics sipping its way into the discussions aimed at understanding of the law. And I consider it trolling when such language occurs on this site.
