Christian Conkle
I am not your lawyer. (If I were your lawyer, you'd know about it.) I'm probably not licensed to practice in your jurisdiction; we've never met; I don't know anything about your needs or rights.
I will not answer your e-mails. I don't seek clients on Law.SE, and I don't accept Law.SE users as clients. I won't help you; I won't follow-up with you.
I'm not here to help you. Law.SE is a professional community; everything I write is aimed at lawyers, law students, and (sometimes) interested amateurs. If you're looking for information relevant to your personal needs, please look elsewhere.
I only answer hypothetical questions. That includes, as far as possible, fake hypotheticals. If you've posted a question about an actual dispute you're involved in, you should either speak to your own lawyer or look for legitimate resources designed for pro se parties. Try your local law library; they probably have materials designed to help you, and the librarians can point you in the right direction.
